Minh was born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in southeast Asia. After studying Earth Science at Yale University, he apprenticed with The Great Bri’oni in Santa Barbara, California. He currently works and lives in the Shenandoah Valley with his wife, artist Anna Shapiro, and their daughter, Sophia.

Minh uses traditional tools and techniques to create his elegant pieces. Precious metals such as silver and titanium are a signature of his work. The current work incorporates silver and titanium into the surface design.
