A beautiful Mint Green Grossular Garnet and Diamond Ring by Stanton Color. Attractively set in 14k yellow gold, this lovely ring features a very rare 2.48 carat Mint Green Grossular Garnet accented by 2 pear cut and 4 round brilliant cut Diamonds 0.41tw.

The versatile garnet comes in a virtual rainbow of colors, including pink, red, purple, orange, yellow, violet, green, colorless, occasionally black, brown and many shades of red and green. The most common color of Garnet is deep red while, Russian Demantoid and African Tsavorite are vibrant green. 

Mint Grossular Garnets are bright pastel green Garnets that are found growing in pockets in the same mines as Tanzanite.

This untreated Mint Green Garnet was mined from the Merelani Mine in Tanzania in the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, which is Africa’s highest mountain at 19,341ft above sea level. and like other Garnets is the traditional birthstone for January. These Merelani Mint Green Grossular Garnets are rare in sizes above 3cts.
