A one of a kind ring handcrafted by Jeff Mckenzie - Hammered Sterling Silver band is 1/8" wide featuring a dramatic 7 x 9mm red Spinel, bezel set in 18k Gold.

We currently have this ring in Size 7. It can be sized from 5 to 9 1/2. Allow 2 to 3 weeks. Please indicate size at check out.

Sterling silver is an alloy of 92½ % Silver (.925) and 7½ % (.075) of a base metal - usually copper.

Pure silver is almost perfectly white, very ductile and malleable. It is considered too soft for jewelry or flatware use, therefore the addition of small amounts of a base metal serve to harden the alloy.

Gold karat is a measure of how much of the precious metal is contained in a piece made with it.

18-karat gold contains 75% gold and is made by mixing pure gold with other metals such as zinc, copper, nickel, etc. The additional metals in 18K gold serve to make the alloy harder and more durable than pure gold (24K), which is too soft for jewelry.
