The professional quality Waiter's or Sommelier's Knife from Santa Fe Stoneworks features a corkscrew and lever for easy wine bottle opening, plus a sharp blade for foil cutting. This particular knife is beautifully inlaid on both sides with Ironwood, Bloody Basin Jasper and nickel silver.

Ironwood was specifically chosen by Santa Fe Stoneworks for it's distinctive pattern revealed in this very exceptional design. Color variations insure that every pattern is truly one of a kind. Ironwood is a tree unique to the Sonoran Desert.

Bloody Basin Jasper, a form of chalcedony is an opaque variety of silica, usually found in red, yellow, brown or green in color. This mineral breaks with a smooth surface, and is often used for ornamentation or as a gemstone.
