From Stanton Color, a beautiful pear shaped, checkerboard cut Red Garnet pendant. Set in 14k yellow gold this richly colored Garnet 1.23ct is accented by 3 diamonds 0.06ctw. Pendant measures approximately 1 1/8" high by 3/16" wide. (chain sold separately)

The versatile garnet comes in a virtual rainbow of colors, including pink, red, purple, orange, yellow, violet, green, colorless, occasionally black, brown and many shades of red and green. The most common color of Garnet is deep red while, Russian Demantoid and African Tsavorite are vibrant green. This Rhodolite Garnet's color is characteristically a deep rose red and is the traditional birthstone for January.
